Through the use of our NACCENT global network of call centres, Hyster-Yale partnered with Marketpoint to support their local dealer network by generating hot qualified leads across a range of industries for local Sales follow up and conversion. Any leads that are not quite ‘sales ready’ are enriched further and nurtured for marketing campaigns & pipeline management.

Agents are based in-country providing optimum quality of service, yet for ease, the project spanning the EMEA region is managed centrally by the dedicated Client Success Management team, providing one point of contact for Hyster-Yale.
